I need to fly to FT Lauderdale in a few weeks.
Only non-stop flight out of convenient airports is JEt Blue. I have heard some complaints - how valid are they?

I could fly southwest for about the same price, but I would either have to fly out at the arse crack of dawn or do a long lay over.

You've heard complaints about JetBlue?

It's one of th best for the price out there imo. I thought it was consistently rated very high.

I flew them from Jacksonville to Ft. Lauderdale to Ecuador and back, they were good. A bit more leg room than most, good service, excellent price.

Ft. Lauderdale airport = bus terminal though.

I pulled the trigger on Jet Blue.

FYI did the same trip last year and our baggage claim terminal was the exact same one from the shooting.

Flew there in February. The Delta terminal was fine.

The jet blue flight we took from msy to Boston last year was probably the best coach flight I've been on.

One of my best friends just started working for them and only has great things to say. Their seats have the most legroom, their culture is to treat customers like they do their employees, and they've got live tv with free snacks. I'm actually at FLL currently, they're over in T3 and most of the terminals here are not great except for the new spirit terminal (T1). I'd book the jetblue flight in a heartbeat

All my (personally & my family) JetBlue experiences have been good to excellent.

As Cuse said, their corporate culture of good customer service is evident at the passenger level. Think a Yankee-fied Southwest with a bit better clientele.

You've heard complaints about Jet Blue? That's shocking. They are the best airline, BY FAR, in my opinion. I will gladly pay a little extra to fly with them (though that's almost never an issue because they are often also one of the cheapest options).

I prefer Jet Blue over every other airline, including Southwest.

My favorite airline, recently had two cancelled flights with them that were more than aggravating but still at the top of my list

Flown it to Boston twice and it's nice having the no connection flight from New Orleans to Boston.
