Got everything booked/lined up except ( think) grocery delivery and any reservations for places to eat. Airline, lodging, shuttle, ski/etc rentals, ski school, lift tickets.

Leaving this coming Wednesday and will be there for 5 nights.

What did you wish you had/hadn't done that first time???

Hopefully? Base layers/jackets with zip out liners/ski pants or bibs/wool socks/boots for playing in the snow and what not/hats/gloves.

Helmets are being rented. Told everyone to make sure they have their sunglasses.

(Other than a pair of jeans and a couple of tops for everyone as we'll have washer/dryer so we can pack light.)

If it snows, you're gonna need goggles

Ok thanks to both of you for that. Forecast as of now is no snow while there but realize that can change.

When getting off the ski lift, don’t knock everyone else down.

I just went to Copper Mtn and bought these goggles. They didn't fog up and worked great. super cheap compared to what they sell there

You should wear goggles even if it isn’t snowing. I can’t ski without goggles. On a sunny day the sun off the snow is enough to hurt your eyes. Also, going downhill will cause your eyes to water making it difficult.

Coming from south Louisiana at sea level I wish we would have spent a night in Denver instead of climbing to 10-12k feet so quickly. It was a great lesson I learned about altitude sickness!

Been here all week (leaving tomorrow)

We've had a LOT of snow over the past 7 days (over 1' last night).

Definitely Snowmobile Riding! Nova Guides (about 1 hour out of Breck) was amazing.

Breakfast/Brunch at Bread & Salt (Frisco).

Mountain Time Escape Room

Crepes (Downtown Breck)

Pack a lunch when hitting slopes - expensive up the Mountain.

And the best advice I can give....pack Nasal Spray and be prepared for dry sinus.

Yea depending on where you stay your place may come with a ski locker. I stayed on site at copper and it came with a ski locker. But even at Loveland they have ski lockers for rent

Don’t leave ski boots outside or in car overnight. They will freeze up and be impossible to wear.

Don’t overdress. Way overdressed the first day. Second day I had a t-shirt and boxers on under my ski pants and jacket. And I still sweat a little.

Snacks are a great idea. You can either do a small backpack with a bottle of water and some crackers or granola bar, or just find a place to stick it in your pants or jacket.

Chap stick for everyone.

I really like Breckinridge Brewery. Good food. Good beer.
