mardi gras week

Our time is near boys and girls!!

18-25, Park City...Canyons side but will ski Park City Mnt side ALOT

Looks like a little more snow coming their way this week and I am expecting some massive crowds with Presidents Day and Mardi Gras the same weekend.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to rent a car or just book a shuttle even with that easy drive just because I have so little experience driving in snow but looks like Saturday should be okay and since we get such a sweat discount on car rentals through my work I think we will just stick with driving in.

I live on tomahawk for most of the trip whenever we go to steamboat

It is my favorite run in all of Colorado, and claimJumper at Breckenridge is a close second

I bought my own after my first time going and I took my helmet off in the restaurant at lunch and the smell was so bad I had to go put it outside.

Leaving for Steamboat on Sunday, ski on M,T, W come back Thursday.

First time for my kids and wife, first time in 22 years for me. My kids are as pumped as any time I have ever seen them. Just paid for lift tickets, OMG have times changed since the last time I went skiiing.

Always rent all your gear in town rather than at the resorts. You can find rentals in SLC for an entire weekend for the price of one day from park city

Storms just missed us. Not a pow day but at least refreshed the hard pack and yielded pillowy turns this afternoon.

Back bowls still meh conditions, but Superbee side of things was on point today.

We are headed to Copper Mountain the 18th-23rd. It will be the first time skiing for our 4 year old. We have her scheduled for 1 day of lessons but I was debating scheduling her for 2. Is one day enough for a 4 year old to master pizza and French fries or should we opt for 2?

I would do as many lessons as you can afford for a 4 year old. Seriously.
