The people you see driving 50mph in your neighborhood are using Waze to find shortcuts.

Ever.

There are some things I like on Google Maps better. The routes shown and you can pick them while driving is way better. The little screen when minimized is very nice.

Waze is better at the reports.

I don't like waze. Much prefer Google maps.

If they just had the selectable reroutes and etas like Google maps, I'd be using Waze.

I don't always pick the fastest way. There's one route Waze puts me on every time to and from work that I hate because of the red lights and road condition but it's only 1 minute faster than going a much nicer road and hardly any red lights. I can choose at the split and see an ETA on Google maps but I go in blind in Waze when I decide to go off course.

Deleted Waze. The way I use searches and my phone in general, Google maps is just one touch away. Works every bit as well.

i had a pro waze person act as if I was a moron for using google maps this weekend.

There was a new exit not listed in google, I mentioned it in conversation and holy hell. Who knew that people were that opinionated about a map.

dumbest thing you've ever said on here (and thats saying something)

google maps is slowly integrating waze features but its still behind. unfortunately the way google works they're going to kill off waze once maps is about 75% as good as waze and we'll be stuck using maps and relying on google for the other 25% which they probably will never do as they'll be chasing the next shiny object by then.
