Yes, that's one of the big new features of iOS 10 that just came out. From the lock screen swipe right to get the widgets and scroll all the way to the bottom to edit what widgets are on the screen.

I don't disagree, but it's the functionality that's important.

It's their first iteration of a feature they're copying from Android. Give them and the app developers time.

Many apps now "stall." Even native apps to the iPhone. No amount of restarts or uninstall or reinstall seems to help.

I'd call support. My 6s works perfectly on iOS10.

I did the opposite (iPhone to Android years ago).

What I DON'T miss:

1) All the bullshite I had to go through to get media on my phone. Android is basically drop and drag. iPhone is iTunes only, and makes sure you don't do anything horrible like transfer music from your computer to another person's phone.

Also, iTunes is one of the worst programs I've ever used. Probably the most counter-intuitive. I'm a competent programmer (higher level language only, was an assembly retard) and have picked up a handful of complex engineering programs quickly, but it was a struggle for me to figure out how to transfer music from my laptop to an iPhone. And once I did sort-of figure it out, it was difficult transferring a new album to an iPhone with existing music. Several times I thought I succeeded, only to play music from my iPhone and discover that the new music was on there and the existing music was gone.

How about that, switch to iphone and everyone is telling you to use Google maps. That's pretty funny right there

I absolutely hate not being able to set Chrome as default browser on my iPad. So annoying and stupid.

Sorry but "how long am I from home" is a trivial thing to give a crap about

I'm sorry, but it's not all that trivial. Once you get used to that information always being there, it's really, really fricking nice. When your phone knows where you want to go, and tells you the best way to get there and how long it will take, that's a top 5 feature in a smartphone for me.

But now with Apple Music you pay $15/month for up to 6 phones to have all-access to the iTunes library. While true that you don't "own" the music, it's a trivial amount to pay for nearly every song ever made. And you can download to your phone rather than stream.

Pretty funny that a $538 billion company who has invested tremendously in maps managed to build a better app than Apple. Score one for the little guy

Now if only Apple could contribute something that someone outside their ecosystem would find useful, besides a switch to iPhone app.

But Apple is a hardware company that also happens to create proprietary operating systems and complimentary software. What has Samsung or LG or Sony contributed?
