Probably not. The only differences you would probably see are the display quality and maybe the camera
Edit: I still cant find anything about subsidized pricing with att

I have AT&T and you'd think by their stores' displays they only carry Samsung and Apple and the occasional LG phone.
I hate AT&T

Yeah, I left AT&T when I got my N6 last year.
I would still almost guarantee that it will have subsidized pricing on AT&T/Sprint/TMO.
And at $499, think I'm grabbing the aluminum version.

Yeah, I saw where they said they hope to be able to meet demand unlike in previous years with a high initial stock, but we all know that won't happen.
I'm still gonna wait to be sure on reviews, but I'm sold on getting it, so hopefully waiting for reviews doesn't mean it'll take me 2 months to get it.

Man, I am reading more and more that this will not be subsidized. You may be SOL.
Also, I really wish they had an upgrade program like Apple has now. Bypass eBaying my N6.

Just looked and the 6P does not have OIS for it's camera

Optical Image Stabilization when recording video

Update: we've confirmed that the lack of image stabilization is, in fact, due to the new 1.55µm pixels in the image sensor.
Huawei is really banking on their new sensor, we shall see, new foreign guys.

When does the event start tomorrow? I have never cared, much less been excited about, a device announcement until now.

I'm ready to get rid of this note 4. It's not a terrible phone but lack of updates from Samsung killed it for me. I'm done with Samsung phones unless they can prove a track record of quick updates.

Same here..I do love the experience of surfing the web and doing just about anything on Nexus devices as it is buttery smooth, just want to make sure the camera is up to par with most of the other flagships out there today.

I don't understand why google would release phones with no microsd support after all the microsd enhancements that are supposed to come with Marshmallow.

And with the highest option being 32 GB for the 5x, that is a restrictive amount of storage.

We’ve learned quite a lot about the smartphone from leaked hands-on video to pricing and availability. Now, a new piece of information coming from leaked document on Imgur reveals everything there is know about the smartphone.
LG Nexus 5X specifications and features: In line with the previous leaks and rumors, the LG’s Nexus 5X will flaunt a 5.2-inch full HD (1080p) display with pixel density of 424ppi. The screen is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection with oleophobic coating to keep smudges away. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s 64-bit hexa-core Snapdragon 808 SoC paired with Adreno 418 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The smartphone will come in 16GB and 32GB storage options, with no microSD card slot.
