Can you check if the MAC address matches any of your home devices?
Does anyone in your house have an apple watch, ipad, etc?

It could be phishing. Don’t sign onto the link given in the email or text. Go to the website on your own and sign in and see if there’s a corresponding message. If there is, just change your password to make sure that they didn’t bill you for anything.

Apple products like to change their Mac address for privacy. You may have one of your existing devices just using a new Mac address.

On most routers you can set a limit of how many devices can sign in. For instance, if you have 5 devices in your home that use Wifi, you can set it to 5.

Make sure no one put an AirTag on you or your kids stuff. Happened to my niece and some creep was tracking her.
