Been needing to get myself some new ear buds but just havent been able to decide on which ones I should get. I've been looking at the Sony WF-1000XM3, Jaybird run xt, Jabra elite 65t, and the galaxy buds. I have an android phone (note 9) so not interested in the airpods. Anyone have experience with the ones I have listed and if so what are your opinions on them?

$250 is probably my max for price so if there are any other earbuds that you guys are fans of let me know.

I don't have any experience but have been doing some research because I need to pick some up.

Bose seems to be the best on the market right now.

Of the ones on your list, the Jabra and Sony are also top tier.

Air pods are the cheapest of the quality ones, but you'd look like a dumbass with a tampon in his ear.

Interested in hearing what the TD crowd thinks. This market has blown up and hard to sort through all of the options.

If you are going to be exercising, the new Powerbeats pro are amazing.

The new Sony ones seem to be the hot ones right now. Lots of cool features etc

I have iPhone but hate air pods. I have the galaxy buds and love them even though I lose out on a lot of features

I was just about to ask about the Galaxy Buds, got them coming for free with my new Note 10+. Had read pretty good things online.

Wires or wireless? I purchased Sennheiser and if you can up your budget a little they are fantastic. They are wireless.

I got the free galaxy buds with my S10. I have been pretty impressed with them. The sound good, are very comfortable, and never feel like they're going to fall out.

Definitely want to go wireless. I have taken a look at the sennheiser momentums not sure if I want to spend 300 if I could get something a lil cheaper that sounds just as good. Really want to put an emphasis on sound quality this go around as I've had the powerbeats previously. They were good earbuds but wanting to try something else out.

The airpods are definitely not an option. Not a big apple fan and they just look awful when they are worn.

I've had B&W and Bang and Olufsen and the Sennheisers are their equal or better. Worth the $50 budget stretch.

I use some Samsung ear pod things that my wife got with her phone sometimes. I don't think they're the latest gen; they don't wirelessly charge. The sound is pretty good. Life on one charge is ok I guess. I don't have much to compare it to. My biggest complaint by far is that if you get earwax on them they basically go mute. To fix it you have to take off the screen and clean them but it's basically all downhill from there. After a couple of times of that I have one earbud with the inner screen and another that has nothing left. Pretty lame.

So, are you recommending those shitty Sansung earbuds or not? Because from your description, they're shitty earbuds.

I have the Jabra Elite Sports. They are durable and sweat proof. Good fit. Good accompanying app. I’ve been happy with them.

I absolutely love my Jabras. Never have issues, comfortable, and love that you can turn on the mics to hear outside world while listening to whatever. I bought them to ski with (game changer) and that feature has saved me from several crashes with Jerry

People barely notice them when I have them in. Compared to other options, I think they look the best in ear bc they are discreet

I wish they had fins. I need fins for earbuds to stay in my ears.

I've had a few, current ones -

I haven't found anything that sounds/looks/fits as well as the Master & Dynamic MW07. They'd be absolutely perfect except that the battery life is dogshit. I'm not overstating it, it's bad. Like quoted 4 hours but really 2 hours and 15 minutes bad. Still, if I'm just going to listen for an hour or two they're definitely what I grab.

The B&O are ok but overpriced now that there are other high quality competitors around. Mine are relegated to backup/workout buds now.

I will probably buy the new Sonys in the next couple months once more reviews get out and I can actually find them.

Was going to by the Sennys but considering the amount of quirks and the unimpressive battery life I think I'll pass unless I catch a good sale (and they're fugly)

I have the powerbeats3 and I'm really happy with the quality, fit and sound. Battery seems to hold for a long time. I can listen to them all day at work.

Some of the reviews on Amazon say they've had issues with the battery life expectancy but most seem to say that's with exercising. I haven't had any issues with mine but I listen in an office setting.

I bought a pair of Plantronics BackBeat FIT for $70 or so. I use them while mowing and riding bicycle and I like them. The fit is kinda odd. They don't go in the ear. They're more of a earbud designed to not block outside noise so you can hear traffic and your surroundings. Having said that, I like those also for the purpose they serve.
