iPhone 12 preorder starts today

Still debating between the regular 12 and the pro. Thinking I may go with the pro because it starts with 128gb and I'm trading in my old iphone X, which makes the price a lot more palatable. What are yall thinking?

Waiting for the max in November, I like the bump to 128 starting memory. I’m on the verge of 64gb, so don’t need more than 128

The online system is jacked up. They give you a telephone number to call to place pre-order. I call it and wait on hold for 40 minutes only to be told I can’t pre-order over the phone. Never change AT&T, never change

I'm going with the 12 mini from my 11 pro
There is just no reason for me to justify needing the pro with the upgraded OLED in the 12 now, plus I want the smaller phone.
I have a 256gb now and because I used icloud storage I have under 80GB on my phone, I'm gonna step down to the 128gb for 750 and should be able to get 600-700 easy for my 11 pro.

It said online 8 and higher. They have a trade in offer page. Google it

$200 is the regular trade in credit I believe. I’m looking to see how much the special trade in credit is.

you'll have a bigger screen with the 12 than your 8 plus already 6.1 vs. 5.5,The iPhone 12 max is giant. So unless you really want a big screen i'd go with the 12.
The only thing the pro has over the regular is a telephoto lens and some 60fps vs 30fps on HDR Dolby vision recording. Plus this new ProRAW file format. Even as a guy who convinces himself he needs the latest tech, i couldn't do it on this one for the pro

Is there any fine print here? My mom has an 8 that I may trade in to get the 12 and give her my xr.
She is VZW, I know I can unlock the xr for her but does the turn in have to be a phone from my att account?

Also I’ve been heavily reliant on phone since covid19 and I watch more YouTube/YouTube tv, etc etc than ever before just on phone. Dunno if I should wait on 12pro max just for screen size alone.
