Pixel 2 upgraded to bluetooth 5.0 i believe. So that's another thing they fixed/upgraded.
I think most of the flagship phones have bluetooth 5.0 this year.
that reminds me, i know the new apple phones dont support tmobile's new LTE band but do the pixels 2s?

According to TMobile they do support the new LTE. I can't seem to find an answer if this will work with project fi when I am in a TMobile service area though

t Mobile
If you go here and scroll down it says the pixel 2 runs off of TMobile newest LTE network. I assume this is what they were referring to

I have the Pixel XL (2016). I think I'll probably hang on to it until next year. I can trade it in to Google for about what I owe but I have no real complaints about it other than the speakers kind of suck.

Oct 25-26 for me.

ETA: Ordered the Pixel 2 XL 128 gb in black. I could have just bought another share of GOOGL for what I paid.

why do you need 128 GB on a phone when everything is backed up to a cloud? I'm just trying to think of the need cases for that much storage.

You might not go to any of these places but there are plenty of places in the world and even in the U.S. where there is no cellphone coverage.
