Depends where you are.
You’ll get positive and negative reviews of both. They’re basically the same.

Whichever one has the 900Mhz and under spectrum in your area will provide the best coverage.

Anyone who lives in South Louisiana and still has AT&shite is a moron.
i have never had a Verizon outage like AT&shite has had mulitple times.

In this part of Texas, we get frequent outages with Verizon.

I've had both but Verizon for a long time now. I had more dead zones with AT&T but that was a long time ago. I rarely have issues with Verizon in South Louisiana.

I have dual sim with both and at&t typically has better coverage in south louisiana. Sometimes at&t data is slow and inswap to verizon and its faster. Can go either way. Rarely is there a spot in louisiana that verizon works and at&t doesnt.

Honestly TMobile has been great for me coming from ATT.
I have dual sims, work gives me a Verizon line, and I’ll switch to Verizon if I don’t have TMobile coverage. Lack of TMobile coverage is very rare for me now in SE Texas and SELA. I have an annoying deadspot by my house but all 3 carriers do in the same spot.

Service with two providers. Seems expensive. I'm assuming some of y'all are in a line of work where you must need to be available most of the time.

I actually like T-Mobile.
When I traveled nationally, the better coverage came down to Verizon or T-mobile. I chose the latter because of the price difference at the time and later, the 5G part of it.
However, I have to visit north Louisiana often and Verison nor T-mobile have adequate coverage in the areas I visit so ATT rules in parts of Ouachita and Union parishes. On rare occasions, I can hot-spot off my phone to get an internet connection but that's kinda iffy.
For that reason, I'm thinking about getting an ATT number and buying a Netgear Nighthawk M1 4G or a M6 5g modem to be able to have internet. It is totally mobile and ATT doesn't care where I connect.

yes need data at all times.
if you go thru a mvno for the 2nd line its cheap. I think I pay like 35 a month for the verizon thru freedom mobile or some shite like that.

Download OpenSignal. It will tell you, block by block the reception of any carrier in your area. You can go from total shite, drive a 1/4 mile, and be fine.
