I understand they supposedly integrate with an iPhone seamlessly. But do they sound good? Comfortable? Worth $150?
I need a new pair of Bluetooth earbuds.

I’m about to get some. Everyone I know who has them swears by them

Yes.
Best $150 I’ve ever spent.
They sound good, don’t fall out, and the battery case will make them last all day.

Great purchase. Only complaint is lack of noise cancelation but that's really it.

Love them. I use the molded holders for when I run with them

You know it’s a little bizarre. I’ve yet to find a negative review. Most of the non five star reviews deal with them falling out during activity. I’ve got some silicone ear gels that look a lot like the Bose style that I use on the corded headphones that will fix that problem.
But eventually you find someone that doesn’t like a product. Hell Wired’s review was initially meh but most of the negative comments dealt with the headphone features being only for Apple phones, then the author posted a follow up stating how much he kept using the damn things.
Noise canceling isn’t really an issue for me as I already have a very nice set of Sony on ear noise canceling headphones. I’m looking for something I can wear in situations where I need to be able to hear.

And you can set the ear taps to do different things in your settings menu.
Ex. Siri left or right, pause song, skip song...

I use them extensively during week when I’m not in meetings. Very good office headphones. I would never wear them for any real physical activity however.
I say yes. Get them. Unless your primary use will be the gym. Then go with some jaybirds

Best thing I've bought. Works well with my iPhone and my Android. They are the standard for blue tooth head phones. Just get them.

I want to buy them, but I feel like the new version will be released right after I make the purchase. Any word on Airpods 2.0?

I'm awake 17 hours per day. I use them probably 15 hours per day. So yea they are easily worth $150. I love them.

had them since day 1. The only shitty thing about them is that the batteries will eventually degrade and then they will be useless. Otherwise their the best headphones I've had merely because of convenience. The range is wonky sometimes however. When I'm connected to my MacBook or iPhone I can sometimes get 50-70 feet away and they'll work fine, even through walls. But when I'm connected to my AppleTV 4K if my head isn't just right they will cut out from 15 feet away while in the same room.

I hesitated cause I thought they looked goofy but y'all have me convinced.

are these sweat proof with the holders? i'd love to get a pair for running (my powerbeats bit the dust due to sweat).

For exercising, the wireless powerbeats are awesome
