And you didn't list Pepi. I know he isn't playing but Gregg gave him a lot of minutes in WCQ so I wouldn't count him out

Pepi is getting virtually no minutes for his club. He’s pretty doubtful to make the plane.

Confidence in a striker is a beautiful thing to see. Zero thoughts of taking multiple touches or trying to set up his teammate for a tap in.

Sure, this is all very fluid, and all it takes is a couple of matches to flip everything on its head.
But if I had to guess, Gregg sees Pepi right now behind Ferreira, Pefok, Sargent, Vazquez, Wright and maybe even Zardes who is randomly finding goals at the moment.

Pefok’s run was perfect, and the strike was class. Our 9’s came to play this weekend.

He’s had a great start to the season. If he’s able to maintain this form, he should have a strong case to be our starting 9 at the World Cup.
