I'm trying to find a good video but Risse had an own goal in the 94th minute of a CL match vs Chelsea where he dove and headed the ball, from 18 inches off the ground, up past Reina for the equalizer. Given the circumstances, and the fact I am a LFC fan, that is by far the worst one I can think of.

I had a horrible own goal in high school against our rival school. I never lived it down. Windy game, and I hit an absolute bomb (aided by the wind) into the top right corner. Keeper had no chance. Before the game, my teammates and I were throwing balls from behind the goal into the net (because the wind was so strong), but they always neglected that fact when they told the story.

i had one in HS too, tried to clear a corner and it went off my head weird and into the goal

Luckily my team still won. But my brother actually went to the rival school. My dad and I didn't tell him, but he eventually found out.
