Says you need to know French. This true? Anyone know of programs similar for Spanish?
Not really. Some people had pretty poor French skills before going over there. As for Spain I would reach out to the Spanish embassy to see if they offer anything similar. We had an info meeting about TAPIF while I was at LSU.
Alyosha did you live abroad? Where? Why?
Can’t recommend it enough to everyone, usually during college if possible but if you get a job offer abroad or anything like that I would jump at it.

I studied in Italy during college, but then lived in Cambridge for the longer stint, where I was the director for a graduate research center.

That’s really cool. I love Italy. England though, I would have a hard time living there with the food and the weather, although I find the pub culture to be really neat.

I lived just under a decade 45 miles from White Hart Lane. Do I count as a Spurs fan?

Actually that's pretty cool, still have his rookie card. Loved he and Mark Grace together.

Liverpool number 1 by a mile. These figs, aside from just being hipster counts, picked the most successful club in English football history yet somehow convinced themselves they are part of some underdog story. I won't even get started on Hills
I picked them because I did an online survey and it has worked out well since my son's teammate's parents are also Liverpool fans from London so I have learned a great deal about the club.

Lost yo got dayum mind if you think ManU fans are worse than City's.

Bruh, you started following the sport in 2010? City at Maine Rd wouldn't be in the top 100 worst fans. Their new success is just a bandwagon crew of newbies.
Posted on 4/6/23 at 6:22 pm to Girth Donor
City at Maine road were still all Noel Gallagher smug types now add all the bandwagoners and you get the perfect shite storm.

I would never say such blasphemy. The kebabs I’ve had in Germany were the best (Turkish bros TYFYS). Sadly French kabobs are the worst. They use dog quality meat and they ration the sauces like they’re on shortage. Belgians do it ok. Can’t speak to English kebabs.
