Am I crazy or has Musiala been a bit arse this tournament? I know he had a big injury last August and just came back but damn. Looks way off it

Let me ask a dumb question.

Why was this not another corner when the GK caught the ball with both feet OB?

I’ll hang up and listen.

Germany have been largely unimpressive outside of kicking Curaçao’s teeth in game 1

In soccer it’s the ball not the body. For it to be out of bounds the ball would have to completely cross the line. It’s not like basketball or football with the feet or body

US are the only ones who have attacked the low block aggressively from the wings.

These European teams can’t seem to do anything other than pass it around 35 yards from the goal.

It goes by the position of the ball not the player and the whole ball has to cross the line.

With that said, I didn’t see that particular play to know if it did or not.

The entire ball has to be over the line to be out.

Thanks for all the clarifications.

I knew the ball had to be fully out when rolling over the line, but didn’t realize (or think about) that this would also apply to the full plane.
