I'm debating whether it was...definitely one of the worst. Maybe THE worst.

Yes, said it in the thread. Worst match officiating I've seen in a very long time

Agreed. The only egregious call was Juergen getting tossed

The handball preventing the through ball is a yellow card 1000% of the time, if not red

Barca/Arsenal UCL second leg tie at the Nou Camp in 2011. Makes me want to puke.

What about Stu getting punched in the back of the head?

What about Wondo getting held, kicked, shoved in the box after he beat his mark?

What about DaMarcus getting kicked, elbowed, and shoved toward the end?

I could go on and on...but I'm tired. Oh well, we won.

Worst single call I've ever seen.

The 09 Chelsea-Barca "f-ing disgrace" game was the worst match ever. No call or match is really even close to either.

Shamefully Barca's legacy is built on the back of these two disgraces.

There were several games in the 02 world cup involving south Korea that were quite egregious. Vs Italy and spain I believe.

My answer as well. That's the most clear evidence I have ever seen that a ref entered the match trying to achieve a certain outcome. A hotel in Italy later named a toilet after Byron Moreno and people paid money to take dumps in it.

It was bad.

Especially the no call towards the end of the game where one of our players (I think Beasley) was shoved out and hit the padding. The same exact foul in the same exact spot happened in the Panama-Mexico game, and that ref gave a yellow card.

I just heard on ESPN radio that Klinsmann was shown a red card for slamming a ball to the ground. Neither of those things happened, that I saw...is this a case of ESPN being clueless or did I miss something?

shite the one in the Panama game was actually clean. Quintero won the ball and his momentum took him into the Mexican. Beasley was straight up thrown out.

Last night was a clear example of a ref keeping the cards in his pocket way too long and shite escalating out of control. The fouls kept getting dirtier and more desparate and nothing was done to stop them
