And while I'm gutted, Belgium didn't play dirty or flop or whine or pull a bunch of bullshite so I hope they take it all the way.

Other than that hairball Felliani fouling and then complaining about the ref doing his job, they didn't do a single objectionable thing the whole game.

Been pulling for Belgium since the beginning. If we were to lose to anyone I'm glad it's them and not some punk flopping jabronis like Brazil.
Also much respect to Kompany I blindly hated him because Man city, but the man's got class that's for sure

Yep, it was all left on the pitch, fair and square. Belgium could have taken a few dives in the 18 and didnt during the height of the pressure.

To the Refs credit, he wasnt having any of that. My buds and I were laughing that he wasnt getting the calls he usually gets int he EPL. He kind of realized that I think.
I have no qualms about how the game was officiated.

Me either.
There was one tackle made on Yedlin I think when we were on the attack that should have been a foul but that's the only one that stands out in my mind.
I don't think we have had a better officiated WC since I have been watching.

That was an excellent refereeing effort for the most part. The game flowed, minimal time wasting, and no big calls to make.

Yep. Watched it in a bar full of Belgians. Guy across from me wouldn't stop saying how great Howard was. Definitely my team to root for going forward.

I actually thought in overtime USA got all the calls except the extra time in OT2.
