Yedlin and CCV caught ball watching on that goal while Weah didn’t close down the cross.

Did Bradley have a single productive pass in his 15-20 minutes? I saw him give it away at least 3 times with minimal pressure. Get him tf away from this team

How many productive passes did you see this entire fricking game from the team. It felt like they were playing defense for 85 mins

Delgado should get more blame than Yedlin and CCV.

I disagree but I think Delgado was one of our worst performers.

Bradley is the veteran. He should be the calm one. Instead he plays like complete, lethargic shite. The fact that you're judging him by the same standard as our 18-23 year olds who have single digit caps speaks volumes about why he does not need to be there anymore.

Can we compare him to just the 23-25 CMs that started (all of whom have over 133 MLS appearances)?

I just don't understand Sarachen's infatuation with Trapp.

Would that be Acosta and Trapp? I didn't catch the whole game

Meanwhile Chile beating Mexico in Mexico. Should be up 2-0 but these crooked arse refs took a goal away.

Acosta seems to be better at this point to me, at least based on the last few US matches I've seen. But he obviously still has issues.

Trapp is just a younger Bradley but he's actually hustling.

Delgado looks bad to me.

My point is that he is very clearly not a good influence to have on the team right now, even if he is technically still one of our better healthy CMs. His skill has declined immensely but more importantly his effort has been complete shite. I just don't want that attitude rubbing off on our young, energetic guys. If that means playing a slightly lesser talent for a while then so be it.

Acosta, trapp, Delgado are all trash. Zero composure. Hopefully the most that will ever be asked of them is to add depth in meaningless tournaments, or friendlies. The amount of turnovers in the midfield was atrocious. I’ve long been a member of the I Hate Michael Bradley fan club, so I won’t go on about him.

frick this international break. Playing like shite as the away team basically, on us soil. My only takeaway from all this is that The beautiful ginger continues to prove he’s the truth. Now if we can get competent midfielders in there, and let him get more than one touch every ten minutes, we might be on to something. This weekend and league play can’t get here soon enough.

Yeah...Sargent and Weah are legit.

Bradley is Bradley. I’d be okay with leaving him out. As mentioned, almost all of his passes were immediate turnovers or just unproductive.

Commentators wanted to give Yedlin all the blame for the goal but I thinks Delgado deserves blame too. Delgado tracked all the way back and then left the guy to Yedlin. Yedlin got sucked in...they need to communicate better there. I think that was Yedlin man to defend, but if Delgado is going to track that far back into the box, then go help defend don’t ball watch.

He was so slow in possession. Needed to get the ball out much quicker than he did all night

- CCV was solid

- Cannon looked decent in defense and attack. To me he should be RB #2 right now

- Sweat had some ok moments in defense but whoa boy is he not composed on the ball. Extremely one footed as well. At this moment to me he's just another LB in the scrap heap

- I've seen enough of Trapp to know he really offers nothing special

- Acosta had another nice late run into the box early in the game. That and his set pieces (yes minus that really bad corner) are positives. He needs to be cleaner in possession though

- Amon has pace for days and offered some threat in attack. He needs to be more composed on that break away and play Weah in with his left foot. Another very one footed player

- Weah is the brightest spot of this break for us. He rarely conceded possession, linked up well with teammates and is always seemingly putting the defense under pressure. He's a locked in starter for me

- You can just tell the game isn't too fast for Sergeant. His vision to play in teammates and composure on the ball in the final third are rare traits for a US #9. Future looks bright for this kid

I've been saying that Cannon is the truth. He's become arguably the best RB in MLS this season.

I've heard good things about him but that was the first time I've ever seen him play

One more guy I forgot to mention:

- Just like Trapp I really don't see what Green does that warrants more than a depth call up at this point. He's not quick, he's weak on the ball and doesn't offer much in one or two touch passing to get the attack moving quickly.

As much as I disagreed with you over MB90 rubber legs. I was impressed with Cannon's play last night.
