it's a friendly.

It does not count toward qualifier points. Only countries from Panama north.
That's not even close to starting.

I defer to experts on the following: I suspect this game does count re fifa world standings, which is used before wc to populate the "pots" of tiers of teams that do win spots in regional tournaments.
