IDGAF if it is “boring” to watch. I care that a manager instills proper football knowledge and experience, both tactical and otherwise, into our national team at the senior level.

I think we do that to ourselves already, and quite naturally thank you!

FYI they also supposedly targeted Zidane and that did not go well.

Zidane would never in a million years coach here not even sure why that was discussed, but I guess you miss 100% of the shots you don't take

Mourinho could be a good hire in the last 12-18mo before the WC

It wouldn't work now, might not work ever, but he grows stale on year 2-3 lately. I don't think he has the edge he used to.

Gio will have a reputation. I just hope he, the new coach, and the rest of the team can get over it. His talent is too much to go to waste.

the USMNT twitter account is still posting about his goals and Walker Zimmerman said the other day that the players are still talking to him.

He’d last 6 months when he realizes just how shitty the US federation is and goes scorched earth on everyone.

He'd only go scorched earth if we're losing, because that's the only time Jose goes scorched earth to take the blame off of him.

Bad for United is not winning the Prem, which they weren't doing.

Ream says they are all part of the same fantasy leagues. He may take some good natured ribbing but he is in with the crowd that will make the majority of the team. This will be a dead story.

aint no way. I imagine this is why alot of the names being floated are from the outside though. Thats the only way this whole thing can be fixed/forgotten about.

There's still the small matter of Adams fighting him during practice, but hopefully those differences are put aside.

Fake news.... Tim Ream & Steve Schlanger in their first 'Indirect Podcast' post World Cup and post GGG's non leadership conference . Schlanger to Adams, Tell us about what happened in Qatar regarding Gio. "What happened in Qatar was settled in Qatar". I believe he also stated that their was no fight. I could be wrong.

He didn't comment on it.

The same people who reported the fight are the same people that first reported the Gio strife. It's convenient as hell to only believe the reporting that puts Gregg, and just Gregg, in a bad light.

Also Ferreira was on Futbol Americas the other day an alluded to Gio's practice outburst.
