The number of stars do not bother me. What does bother me is that they are not white and one is randomly bigger than the other two to make it look like we won something.
Here's how you fix the crest without a complete overhaul:
1) Get rid of the flying ball
2) Make the stars white and the backdrop blue
3) Make the vertical stripes red
