Agreed. I plan on getting a jersey in April or May before I go to Brazil and I was waiting to see if the WC unis could outdo my love for the Waldo's...and so far I like the WC kits enough, but looks like I'll be getting a Waldo jersey, just gotta figure out WHO to get, though

Good luck with that, once a jersey goes out of its rotation, it is damn near impossible to buy except for ebay or some chinese knockoff.

What I really want is the old school blue with white pinstripe jersey, but I know it'll be difficult as Hell to get so I'm not even trying.
I've just never owned a soccer jersey so not really sure how it would fit, and I know of ZERO stores in BR that carry US national team jerseys.

I saw some Nike USMNT training shirts in Dick's in Tupelo yesterday. They were blue and I think the only ones they had were Donovan and Dempsey.

A. Third Coast Soccer will have US jerseys.
B. Adidas and Nike jerseys will run roughly true to size. I feel like Nike jerseys are a hair smaller. Keep in mind that replicas (the $60-70ish model) will be more t-shirt fitting. Authentics (player cut/game cut) are designed for actual soccer players - they'll be a good bit narrower.... and they'll show the world how much beer you've had in the last 90 days.
For the most part - if you wear a large t-shirt, you'll wear a large jersey.

this is so true. wish i would have purchased my most recent united jersey 1 size bigger. the slim fit just isn't me anymore

Same thing happened to me with the Centennial shirt. Thought I'd try authentic for a change, now I can't even wear it without my big gut showing.
