The guy who leaked it also leaked a completely different one in October that he said was for sure it. So I'd say it's a safe bet that this is fake.

I think it is probably just a training top for the sole reason that our home kit has a collar. I can't recall a team having a collar for the home kit and not the away, maybe someone else can?

Do the players ever get a say on the final kit? I can't see players ever approving collars.

Terrible. Looks like something Panama or Costa Rica would wear.

Why?

I think collars can look good. Current Everton for example.

I think all collars look like shite on jerseys and they are a bitch to play with. Had one with a collar in high school. I hated wearing that thing.

Yeah, seems like quite a few clubs that have done it. Liverpool have recently under Adidas and Warrior.

Wasn't sure if he wanted national teams or not. I think England have the reverse on this WCs kits. Away has a collar and the home doesn't.

I figured my theory would be disproved pretty quickly on here. Regardless, the away kit/training jersey looks way better than the leaked home kit, it looks like a women's tennis shirt.

I don't mind a simple classic look at all, but if you want to go that route, why don't we just keep the damn Centennial kits. Simple, classic, and bad arse.

Why? I had a collar and it's never impeded me one bit. I have a few jerseys with collars, like the new Arsenal away jersey and the jersey from the last time Donovan went to Everton, and both are pimp as hell.

I don't get the hate on collars either. I love the ones I own; I think they add a touch of class. I don't think players look like shite in them, and they have never impeded my play either. Not that there is much to impede...

Yeah I don't get it. And the people who hate them don't just hate them... they hate them with a passion, like one would hate a political opponent, or potholes. Rage-inducing hate. It's a bit much.

I've never noticed it bothering me on the jerseys I've had with a collar. Except on some Umbro jerseys we used where the collar strangled you. But that wasn't a proper fold over collar like we're talking about here, just a very tight neck hole.

fricking terrible. Which is a shame, because I actually liked the look and otherwise they fit good.
