What happened to Cheney? I missed halftime, and I'm not sure why you'd take out Cheney instead of Carli Lloyd who was pretty awful the whole tournament. Was she injured?
Anyway, the US were the better team but some bizarre defending at times.
The PK's were turrible. I didn't even think the Japanese penalties were that good overall.

I haven't watched too many of their matches but they really struggled against Mexico in one of their friendlies before this tournament.
