The fact he started a game within a year of the WC is a fireable offense. Like seriously.

After we get bounced early from the WC, a lot of hard questions are going to be asked about the last 30 years.

Nah. It will take an Executive Order or a firing squad to fix this shite show.

Rinsing the USSF, and just another pleasantries and positivism mouthpiece so far. Sniffed that a mile away.

Seriously though, the USSF is classic GenZ corporate culture through and through.

He’s starting to feel like Jurgen 2.0

It’s sad that the heights of the US national team happened when I was 14 years old. Can I get the 2002 World Cup back?

Yeah he does and is the most capable player by far. This entire squad is just voodoo.

GD of +3 in Poch's 16 matches

As messed up as things got under Jurgen, nothing he's exhibited so far puts him anywhere near that class. His tenure is a joke so far

Poch has early Alzheimer’s

quote:

Pochettino said that his team was "better than South Korea" and showed a "massive improvement" despite a 2-0 home loss on Saturday in Harrison, New Jersey.

quote:

Overall, I think we were better than South Korea, but then if you are not clinical in your own area, and in the opposite box, it's difficult," Pochettino told a news conference. "Because we create more chances, we have the feeling that we control the game."

No wonder we suck so much. He actually thinks what we are doing is good.

I’m convinced of two things:

1) US players don’t give a shite about playing for their country. And I’m not bitching like Lalas and those others l who sky scream and talk about the good old days. What I mean is that back when our guys weren’t good enough to play high level European football, they had a chip on their shoulders and played their asses off to show they can compete. Now that many of these guys play in the big leagues of England, Germany, Spain and Italy, they only care about their club teams and next paycheck. The old guys didn’t have to concern themselves with those things.
2) Poch was sent here by clandestine foreigners to torpedo US Soccer

Prove me wrong

Poch/US Soccer change you price structure. Don't play in the same cities over and over again. Never play a double header with Mexico playing in the other game. If you can't sell all the tickets give them to local kids clubs.

More of this.

I know when we lived in eastern Iowa our kids got tickets to a Fires v. Timbers game through their soccer club once.

They still love going to games

Agree with you on number 1.

I keep trying to convince myself and my imaginary wife:

Poch and players are purposely this bad to throw off other teams to our true game plan.

Poch has some secret brilliant master plan and players know it.

That the reason he isn’t calling all these players into camp that he should be is because they know the master plan and are getting rest and avoiding injuries.

But honestly:

Just think Poch is here for paycheck.

Definitely not revitalizing his career
