Lets keep him away from 20-something year old townies.

My respect for Berhalter would skyrocket if I found out he was just an unapologetic cad fricking everything he could.

I have to say our flop game is Mexican level strong right now. Players strewn all over the field all day today.

Gioachinni may be one of the most likable kids ever.

His post game interview on the field was similar, talking about how great everyone way, players, staff, etc and saying he’s honored to play with the team and learns something from every other player in camp. Humble and hard working. Love it.

These kids seem so happy.

A far cry from what all of 2015-2018 was.

That midfield 3 is something to build on. McKennie has made some strides moving the ball forward with the ball at his feet as well. Loved watching him play these two games. Musah is very promising. Would like to see him maybe take a few shots from the top of the box when in that position but the kid just played a great two games.

Gioachini’s movement was fantastic. He and Soto and right there with Sargent now in the race to see if someone can take the spot from Jozy.

That ball from Adams to McKennie for Gioachini’s second was beautiful.

Good to see Weah back out there.

Dest is one of our best players in the attacking third and that’s not a knock on everyone else. Dude is just that good. Cannon had a great game too.

When was the last time we had that much fun watching us play? Thats the kind of fun that wins recruiting jobs. Musah can start here or sit the bench there.

We have to hang on to Musah at all costs. He’s good enough to make his way into the England 11 eventually but could be one of the first names on the team sheet here for a long time. Haven’t been this excited about US soccer maybe ever. Adams, Mckennie, Reyna, Musah, Pulisic, Dest is as good of a young corps in world soccer. We’ll have to find a goal scorer outside of Pulisic, but maybe the light will come on for Sargent or Konrad

The technical ability and composure for their age is so far ahead of any generation of usmnt players by a mile. Amazing what happens when you’ve got kids training at the best clubs in the world at a young age.

These kids should fricking dominate CONCACAF for a decade

I'm trying not to get excited about Musah until we find out he will actually play for us long term.

Do you guys we have a good shot with Soto? Apparently he did turn down a call-up from Chile (that I believe would have cap-tied him).

I think it will depend on how the depth chart looks as we get closer to the 2022 WC. We're 2 years away. Where does everyone stand 18 months from now?

I think we have a great shot because we can offer him (knock on wood) a chance to play in this next World Cup. He definitely won’t be part of England’s plans for this next cycle. So he’d have to wait another 4-6 years to possibly get in their squad?

I’m excited to see Weah and Sargent back together. Their chemistry is so unbelievably good.

As much as everyone shite on Jurgen, this was the sort of thing we needed as far as hiring him went. He pushed for that sort of stuff at youth levels.

If he continues the trajectory he’s on at Valencia, he can very easily break in England before 2022.

Not necessarily get in the XI, but England can make room for him in the 23.

2 years is a LOOOOONG time.

Whatever happened to Luca de la Torre? That kid had serious potential too.

I want to say he made his first team debut somewhere not that long ago. Pvilleguru would know

I just don't think he really panned out, but it's still possible that he can turn it around. He's already 22, 5'10", and just 139 lbs. He has some talent, but I wonder if he's just not fast or strong enough to handle playing at the highest level. Currently at Heracles in the Eredivisie. Not a bad level to be at, but definitely below Fulham and the Premier League.

Has 1 assist in 6 games (356') this season.
