Guys that play in Europe just went through a brutal 11 months and have to start back up with their clubs in 3 weeks. I'd be pissed if they were here. It doesn't benefit them or the US in any way.

This tournament is about building viable depth for the A team
You’re not going to bring in McKennie, Pulisic, Weah, Balogun, Reyna, etc when they all need a good preseason to establish their place with a club team
Plus we won this team with our B team last year anyway

Not to mention we have the Copa next summer, then expanded GC with the Euro teams coming, then the WC. On top of their club seasons, this will be the last break our A team gets until 2027.
