Outside of not finding the net and that counter off the shitty goal kick it feels like that’s one of the best halves we’ve played in a while. Frustrating

All things considered US largely controlled the half. The Canadian keeper made an absurd save and Turner didn’t. Hope that doesn’t end up the difference.
I’d like to see Pepi come on assuming he’s healthy. Pulisic needs to do more off the ball. Yes he gets fouled whenever he gets the ball but he is also making zero runs when zarded has the ball.

I wouldn't say that, Canada is doing exactly what they wanted to do. Give us the ball and just wait for us to make a mistake and pounce.
We're playing right into their hands.
For as much as we had the ball, we didn't do much of anything in the final third in the run of play.

I agree. Everyone has been pretty solid. Turner had a fricking terrible goal kick but outside of those seconds, Canada has shown very little

I don't think this match fits Pepi at all.

I don’t think Turner has had a solid game. His goal kick to no one set up the goal and the larin strike was shoulder high in the middle third of the goal. It would have been a tough save but it’s a save that could have been made.

I agree. Honestly if Pulisic takes a better touch or McKennie plays a better pass at the top of the box we are even.

Turner showed the lack of ability to play with his feet and then didn't show his apparent "great" shot stopping ability.

Canada wants to show us on the inside where their 3 CD's are. We HAVE to stay wide and force the center halves out of position and run behind them. Everytime Pulisic or Aaronson cut inside is a win for Canada. Who cares if we have the possession edge
