That was not hopeful. So far our offense looks like get it upfront and let Altidore draw a foul and set up set piece.

Besler will be fine and I still don't believe DMB starts in Brazil.

Real problem with that half is the guy who is supposed to be the engine of this team didn't live up to his standards.

I've always thought this.

Ok Altidore is rusty. MB didn't wow me but I expect him to create a chance in the second half. When do we see a CB/Chandler?

I agree.

I have no faith in this.

That half:

Good: Zusi's crossing, Bedoya, Howard, Johnson's runs

Ok: Jones, Cameron, Jozy

Bad: Wondo's finishing, Johnson's touch, Bradley, Besler

Woeful: DMB

I keep catching bits and pieces here at work while I serve drinks. Is our offense that bad or am I just catching our set pieces

Never got his chance to go out the way he wanted. I've always bitched about that. It shows JK's character.

Watching the ships roll in. Then you watch them roll away again, Lillian.

They don't look terrible. They just don't look that great. I want to see the subs and what they can do.

Does anybody think that Clint being a late scratch has ANYTHING to do with how we are playing? I mean, he is the captain after all...

The team is fine, the sky is not falling. Jozy is playing well, aside from not taking shots. He has created several opportunities. Wondo has been in the right spot time after time, eventually that will pay off. Johnson is pressing forward really well, and Bedoya has shown a good cross and also good ball handling to create a chance.

The positives are there. Just got to settle down and let things happen.

everything is fine except for the final 1/3. unfortunately, that's the most important part of the sport.

I think Jones has struggled being a primary distributer/recycler in front of the back four. Some good work, some indifference when being pressed, and some long unnecessary balls at time. He's not Stevie G.

Bradley has looked slow of thought, slow of execution, and just off. Could be dead legs. Could be an off day. Hoping for one of those.

Defensive positioning has been pretty good, but we're not playing a strong offense.

Wondo has had several midfield turnovers back to their central mid-field. Worse, twice it has occured when he's passing to an advancing Bradley, thus giving up a counter attack. Otherwise, gotta like how open he gets, just needs to execute.

Jozy has just been soft. Back-heels, looking for fouls too often instead of advantage. He's had a few nice moments of hold-up play thought.

Is this field regulation size? Seems narrow.

Zusi free kick service has been solid

Bedoya has moments. Fabs has moments. No one has put their moment together with anyone elses.
