At least 7 starters from last World Cup should be starting this one.
I think we’ll do better than this board thinks.

I think we take care of biz today.

I just want to see us defend well. And Reyna start.

Likely lineup:

Freese
Dest Freeman Richards Ream Jedi
McKennie Adams
Tillman Balogun Pulisic

I would prefer Reyna over Tillman, and Trusty over Ream. Not happening on either front, though.

I assume with this being 1 of 2 pre WC friendlies, we will be playing damn near our starting XI? Or at least close to what we’ll roll out vs Paraguay?

I imagine Richards isn't playing since he just arrived in camp and isn't 100%.

I didn’t even think about him only just getting there.

We’re gonna get railed aren’t we?

Ream is the captain, so it's a given he'll start, I'm hoping we roll with something like this...

Some frick
Freeman-McKenzie-Ream
Dest-Adams-McKennie-Robinson
Weah-Pulisic
Balogun

I'm still not sold on Weah being one of the 10's, so I want to see him in that spot and how comfortable he would be tucking in more centrally with Dest overlapping.

Absolutely amped to kick off this World Cup window, gents. Looking forward to the ride with you all.

This will be the Freese coming out party this summer.

Richards didn’t travel with the team. I think he stayed back for treatment.

I wouldn't be shocked if we go rainbow numbers today because it feels like we've been doing it ever June friendly for a while now.

Can't do it for official FIFA matches though i.e. the World Cup.

That shite pisses me off like none other. It absolutely triggers me. National teams should always wear red, white, and blue.

I'm actually loving all the players coming out to say they will not stand for being pressured into wearing this dumb shite and I don't care what you do or associate as.....just don't think you will make others get sucked into your madness.

To be fair, Poch did say that it wasn’t a given that Ream would be the starter just because he is the captain.

Messaging isn’t his strong suit all the time, but Poch did say those words to Ream at the beginning of the Matchday -1 press conference yesterday.

I have been in church the past 3 days praying for Tim Ream's hamstrings this WC cycle. God help us.

Reddit Link to Senegal warming up and seeing that the ball doesn't bounce in Charlotte

LOL

Poor guys are used to playing either on dirt or proper fields.
Welcome to America, gents!

Pepi, Reyna, Turner and Seb are starting, which is an interesting twist.

I assume some of it is based on rest/rotation or whatever, but Turner starting is particularly concerning because rotating your top 2 keepers in the warmup game is no way to prep. Choose your #1 and fricking go and use these games for prep.

Not if he is Poch's first choice...

Is there a major difference between him and Freese?

Pepi and Seb are the most concerning imo.
Reyna I expected to start.
