The Europa League winner now gets a spot in the CL right? That's probably our best best at this point. Just need to make sure we get third in the group stage.

As much as I loved today, I think that you guys finishing out of the top 4 is a just a tad pessimistic.

First of all, if Ramires is on the pitch, a win will be tough to come by. He rarely tracks back, runs around pointlessly, fouls needlessly, and lacks all relevant field vision. Terry looked old. Maybe the benching will help get his mind right. Begs looked good imo. Cahill was okay but not great. William had an off day, as did Hazard. Costa played like a bitch today. I still don't think we were that bad overall. I can see us making a run IF we can sort out our back line. We still have a ton of matches to play.

I'm not hitting the panic button yet but there is just very little to build off at this point. We've surrendered five goals and only scored two (both of which were trash). We don't have much depth, and if the starting XI can't get it together it's not gonna be pretty

Now all we need to do is lock up Stones, sell Costa and Oscar, drop Falcao, go get a real #10 that is consistent and a striker who is reliable and can create his own shots, and bring Bamford into the side.
