Is Pedro official? He will be so good for y'all. Isco is a great talent, but he won't supplant Fabregas, yet. The problem with Fabregas is so many miles on his legs. He has been a first team fixture for a very long time for both club and country. He always fades when it really counts.

I love Cesc and can't blame him for coming back to the EPL. He is just a very old player for his age. He has a ton of miles on his legs. He will always be a legend for me.

I think the problem with him right now is we don't have enough good attacking players making runs for him to pick out.

Also, it's Oscar that Isco would replace imo.

We have the numbers just not the quality. Moses or Cuadrado will surely be dealt now.

We obviously want Stones and need a long term Terry replacement

I agree with that.

Falcao on the roster is a waste

Maybe, but who else are we going to sign? He's just a loan for now. Doesn't hurt.

Oscar is way too inconsistent to be relied on over a 60 game

We don't need to sell him, we need to add some depth.

quote:

Cesc is being wasted because we don't have any attackers or play a style that allows them to make dangerous forward runs for Cesc to pick out

Hahahahahaha He was two assists shy of the PL record last season!

we need a striker like Aguero

You're gonna talk about Costa being injured then mention Aguero? Lulz

This is insane. What we need is more midfield depth and an extra defender or two. The signing of Baba is good, curious to see how he fits in. Same with Pedro.

After Hazard, Oscar, Willian, Fab and Matic - the usual five - what do we have? Pedro now. Mikel is solid to shore up the defensive mid. Ramires? Moses? Its not pretty. That's where we need help.

And of course another striker behind costa would be nice but thats every clubs dream

Rumor on Martial is 55 million euro bid...which is absolutely absurd.

Looks like we're shopping Willian to PSG and Bayern.

Really, really, really covet having Griezmann.

Kurzawa is a French count who plays for Monaco. He's famous for taunting a Swedish player during a youth euro qualifier after France scored, putting them up in the tie, only to have Sweden score shortly after to win the tie

He will fit in well at Chelsea

No one, bring in Bamford.

Agree to disagree. He has the same issues year after year. After collapsing again last year I'm over him. I think we can still sell him for value if we act now.

We aren't playing that kind of football right now. He did almost nothing the last half of the season when we started playing more defensively and has done nothing so far this pre-season or season. Plus, that comment was made under the assumption that we weren't going to add anymore attackers. Pedro is a step in the right direction. If we get the right pieces around him I love Cesc's game.

You're gonna talk about Costa being injured then mention Aguero? Lulz

I mean yea fair point but again even when healthy Costa is nowhere near the player Aguero is. I just mean if we are going to continue the style of play we have been we need someone who can create their own shots/goals more often. If we add more pieces like Pedro or and Isco or a Griezmann then Costa will probably be fine.

I like Bamford but lets let him get one PL goal before we start calling him up to the first team

We are playing poorly now but it is the exact same XI that won the title last year. Don't act like we dont have the pieces in play to compete

Skill-wise, no, but 1. Chelsea don't need an Aguero and 2. You're literally talking about the best striker in the PL. Our style of play has been create from the midfield. We needed someone who can punch in goals set up to him. Costa can do that.

Losing William would hurt. Ramires is fools gold. Let some other club have him instead. Believe it or not, some people think that he is a good player.

I would agree but if it's gonna be Falcao it might as well be Bamford. He can't be any worse and he may actually have a future and we wouldn't have to pay 1/5 as much money.

The issues started to show themselves toward the end of the year and we all we did was get a year older.

It was at the beginning of last season, once we go into defense mode we need somebody more creative up front imo.
