Played alright today. Oscar was MOTM, IMO. Willian continues to hustle but be just doesn't have the touch in the final third. However, I thought Willian would get another free kick goal...he was close but the GK played it well.

Good to get a W and hopefully we follow it up with another next week against an over matched opponent.

Where was Hazard? Is he hurt?

Costa had glimpses - guy needs to keep his arse in the box and be the poacher that he is. Any time he ventures to the wing or well outside the box is a disservice to our side. He needs to hit the back post and let Pedro swing them in or let Oscar / Cesc play 1-2s with him through the middle.

Again, happy to get 3 points.

Matic has lost a step. He used to be able to keep up with his lazy touches but now he's just losing the ball so often. If it's not a bending pass with his left foot he has no forward progress.

Cannot wait until they blow this squad up. Let oscar go to italy, hes too soft for the prem. Goodbye diego, goodbye ivan, woudnt cry if pedro moved on, or even hazard if we get a good deal. So long CLL, falcao we barely knew ye. Au revoir remy.

And frick ramires but for a team lacking pace and grit he has to be out there playing.

If we can't get 3 points today I don't know that we ever will.

Matic with the dumbest penalty I've ever seen. A deflected goal.

Then we finally, finally have a chance to do something to get some points and momentum and Oscar kicks it thirty yards over the goal.

It's almost like we are actively trying not to win games, which I hoped would end once Jose was gone but nope. Still the same.

I just dont want to get relegated. Getting a point is okay compared to the rest of the season so far.

So lucky to get a point. Miracle save from Courtois stole a point. We looked terrible, especially in the first half. We could not hold possession for more than 10 seconds...it was hot potato out there.

De Gea had more saves than Courtois not even counting Matic blasting his 1v1 into the upper deck.

Ultimately both teams are lucky the other sucks so bad.

Drogba is on the way back? Word is he's not coming back to Montreal.

Drogba was still a beast in MLS though. I hope he comes back.

I don't care about number of saves... Quality of saves matters more to me. Courtois saved a tap in that goes in 90/100 times.

Matic sailed it but he only scores that 5/10 times in my mind. He isn't in good form and has never been a goal scorer. Yes it was 1v1 but beating De Gea is a tough task.

Drogba didn't do crap for us last year. I'm amazed he was so good in the MLS.

I mean Courtois probably had the best save but De Gea saved two that most goalkeepers are not going to save. His save on Terry's header and Azpi's follow up of another decent save vs. Pedro are goals more times than not.
