PSG played amazing with 10 men. You honestly could not to they were down a man.
I like Pjanic but I don't know if he adds enough to be worth it.
Why doesn't Cesc play farther up the field and stay offensively minded? I want to see him as a #10 that is looking to distribute to our wings and striker. I hate seeing Cesc in the midfield with Matic. He is a defensive liability and he is offensively minded. Matic or Miley needs to be paired with a midfielder that can manage possession. I think that's the missing piece.

The problem is we don't have that piece to pair with Matic. Cesc was supposed to be the one to maintain possession and pick the passes after Matic and the defense won the ball. However, he's such a defensive liability the rest of the defense can't compensate. If we push him forward, were have Ramires, RLC, and Mikel to play in that second deep position. Ramires and Mikel can manage this spot on occasion, but not for the long term. RLC hasn't been given enough time to see whether he can be this long term piece or not. So for now the coaches keep running out the same deep Cesc that is leaking goals and not seeing if RLC or the others are up to the task. It'll be an interesting window to see what happens.

RLC has the potential to be the perfect fit but we never give him a chance. I had actually forgotten about him is

That was an amazing match. Hope we can at least have a respectable back half of the season.

And of course all of the teams we are "chasing" are dropping points all over the place and we still can't take advantage. I wish they would just put us out of our misery and stop giving me false hope.

This whole team needs to be gutted and why not go ahead and start now? Obviously we can't do it all in January but a guy or two out and a guy or two in would help before hopefully a mass overhaul in the summer.

Not like it would matter anyways but it would at least give me hope and something to look forward to if I was confident we would make the radical changes that need to be made.

I saw rumors of us signing Pato but we have to offload Remy first.
