It may be time to put Milner out to pasture...

it always seems like this, early on, but then when the real bright lights of the big European games come on, he shows up in a big way...

we do need to get younger, and healthier in the midfield, i do agree with that, but they veteran presence, along with his penchant to perform on the biggest of stages, it's hard to totally agree with this...

To be fair to my craziness, I didn’t think Ox Cham was an option today.

he had a nice goal yesterday... if he isn't ready to come into the first team next season, he should just be sold... I hope he has a good season and is ready to step up!

Well my DVR didn't record the match... but I saw the result, 3 matches, 3 wins to start the year is fine by me

City dropping points at home is always nice, even if not deserved.

I think more so season before last.. not so much in the past 12 months... I think he can be useful and step up every now and then, but I want to see his big wages go to younger and better players..

Sure.. he would have been great.. Honestly, I'd like to see us go after Havertz, but it may be a foregone conclusion that he's Bayern bound...

While we’re throwing out names, I think Houssem Aouar is more the type of player we could use

He’s gonna be ridiculously expensive though

He’ll go for at least £75m I’d guess

Which one?

So, maybe next year is our summer to spend again... Lot of noise that we'll be going in for Sancho, too...

I'd take either of those two and I like Maddison... but if he has a breakout year, Lcfc will want a mint for him...

Aouar

Havertz will be expensive too, but German clubs tend to not ask for a whole lot. Lyon on the other hand....

Yikes Adrian. Got filet’d in the super cup thread but Alison can’t get back soon enough.

Well yeah, literally no one thinks the two are even close to the same, but you literally said we're fricked because he has to play for a month... last I checked were 2 points clear of City

It was two brain farts. He got away with the first. He’s trying to be a player he’s not
