haha Damn the hate for lovern is real on this board guess i gotta get used to that. I'm partial on the 3rd kit this year. Looks like it should almost be a training top. Wish we coulda gone with a yellow kit this year.

And now we are going to give Ward a chance which I don’t mind. The problem I have is if we go into the season with a mess in Karius and a player who has never been tested on this level in a year where big things are expected. Does anyone else think this if fricking crazy?!

Nah, I am with you JackyV. I haven't given up on Karius, but I go back and forth on whether or not I truly believe he can recover. I think it is a byproduct of our style of play to give up an easy goal once in a while. Maybe even once a game against better competition. With that said, that is barring catastrophes like in the Champs League final.
I think we reach out and bring another keeper in if Karius doesn't show signs of having overcome the bug VERY soon.
ETA: To be fair to Migs, I don't remember a snafu by him on the same scale as how Karius has looked lately.

I get aggravated but I do think Klopp uses the media and guys like me fall for it. I truly believe that he doesn’t have his ear to the ground and looking for a number and a keeper he can live with right now. The thing with him is that he likes the mis direction.

I have never *thought Allison was an option. Think Roma have used us to push up his price. I’ve always thought he ends up at Chelsea or ManU, maybe Madrid

I dont see how we go from needing to bring a WC #1GK, to giving the 3rd choice keeper a chance at the job... in the span of about a month.. sounds stupid...
Hopefully, we have something in the works and now that the WC is ending, some things start to fall..

It’s about Klopp, he knows exactly who he wants and weighs the totality of circumstances surrounding a signing very carefully. By the time he pulls the trigger he is 100% certain he can get what he wants from the player. Now let’s hope he finds that GK. I really hope Fekir gets back into the fold, makes perfect sense and Klopp has targeted him as is first choice.
