We have a habit of trying to walk the ball into the net since Cou left.
Our offense in the final third is either a 1-2 with the forwards where a guy manages to squeeze through the line, or play a low cross from the fullbacks.
I’m all for high percentage shots, but sometimes you have to let it rip from 25 when it’s time to steal points. See Cou vs Stoke.

Yep. We should be ripping from outside the box and trying to get a rebound. Take what the defense is giving. You can’t break down a bus

frick this shite... What an absolute fricking joke, we're fricking clueless out there

Is the Sturridge goal vs Chelsea our only outside of the box score?

Keita has been the whipping boy but someone smarter than me will have to explain Fabinho’s contribution to today’s match. Keita’s Second half was a bit promising and his first has already been thoroughly dissected

Love to take off work early and watch this team frick up

Fab was having to cover for like three players today... He played okay in my eyes, we're in fricking shambles right now

Admittedly I was watching off and on since I was at work, and I did see that Keita was a fault on the goal...but he looked pretty good to me going forward. Haven’t really seen a midfielder dribble guys going forward like he did a few times today since Ox was in top form last season.

If Milner plays at RB again for us this year we should riot... What the actual frick were we thinking letting clyne go on loan?

I'll admit that Naby played better in the 2nd half but it wasn't hard to do seeing his 1st half was putrid.

If we don’t get healthy quick this is going to go south soon. And letting Clyne go might turn out to be JK’s worst decision at Anfield. Our injuries are fricking killing us right now.

I vote for a thread name update. Gotta get some fresh vibes

It's not just the injuries. Our entire team loves to not show up at all when a team is out of the top 6.
I get they park the bus but the overall quality and concentration is complete shite.
How do you come out that flat and sloppy AGAIN right after Lecister?

Agreed.
And Origi is still a talentless slug.

Shocker we are still rolling him out there.

And the Loyal Haters might disagree, but the midfield looks utterly haphazard and unstructured out there without Wijnaldum and/or Hendo.

Hopefully soon we can see an Ox-Shaq-Fabs midfield. Ox has the commanding personality to lead by word and example.
A month ago I probably would have said this exact scenario was worst-case as far as our title run.
I also could have predicted it for you had you asked. Classic.
Sigh...

Sucks to drop points again but that was a tough match given the circumstances. Losing Gini and Hendo last minute was not good. Our patchwork defense seemed to play fine to my eye, caught out of position here and there but overall they were good. We got beat by a smart coach with good game planning and motivated players...and a clever set piece. To me, seemed like same problems we had earlier in the season - just not finishing chances or taking shots. We tried to pinball our way through their overcrowded midfield and back line.
