So I saw rumors that Mane may have picked up a slight injury on Tuesday and that he will prob rest against Stoke but be ready for Roma
Got me to thinking how shite timing all of our injuries have been especially with midfield. Which led me to the realization that we are so fricked during AFCON next year with Salah, Mane, Keita
I googled it to look up the exact time period they’d be out and was quite relieved when I saw they moved it to take place during June 2019 so not for a month during our season
I’m assuming that’s not breaking news to most people but let me just say I am very fricking happy finding that out

Huge sigh of relief when they announced that
Saw that stuff about Mané. Huge deal hasn’t been made out of that so I don’t it’s anything serious. But he’s played like our last 9 matches in a row in this busy period so he really needs a rest anyway

Thanks for the Milner article bb. I submitted one about Ox and it is apparent that Klopp likes a certain type of "character" player. And he doesn't give two f$cks if you are good or not you are GONE. And on that note, give Athleti whatever the hell they want for Oblak along with a CB and DM and our defense is set for years.

My wish list for the summer window:
1a). Pulisic
1b). De Vrij
2 ). Another false-9 that gives effort like Bobby.
3 ). A keep to push Karius, as I think Karius could be the long-term guy.

You left off a holding mid (my vote is Jorginho)... But yeah I could get behind that list, there was a rumor out there as far as GK that we'll bring Butland in and Migs will go

Lucas sets up Reds training at Lazio before CL semi
God I love Lucas. A true red and he’s supposedly planning to be in the away end for the match. After he retires I hope he comes back as an ambassador

Rumors swirling that our new holding mid is gonna be some German fella by the name of Can.

That’s what I am holding out hope for, BB.
I think Can/Ox/Keita would be a wonderful midfield combo.

With Hendo, Milner, Gini, Grujic as rotation, and that's depth. I'd love to bring in Neves or Jorginho, but if Can resigns, I'd rather we invest in defense and cover for the best front 3 in the world.
That said, concerning our attack, Brewster, Lallana, Harry Wilson, Woodburn, Studge, and Big Divvy will all be available, so I imagine there will be a fair amount of departures.

Studge and Origi have to move on for their own sakes. Neither are physically capable of playing on a front line in the manner that Klopp requires.

I'm okay with this too... Also, as much as we all give Hendo stick (and rightly so a lot), he's definitely shown some leadership qualities this season to me.
Exhibit A (and as stated in the post, arguably the turning point of the first leg): LINK

so apparently the Man Yoo board is 30 pages of SCH talking to himself? if you look up bandwagon in the dictionary, you'll see a picture of old trafford

What are you guys expecting in the morning?
Don’t think it’ll be quite as bad (boring) as Everton was in between the City matches but curious if we still don’t go 100% full steam ahead. With that said, being at Anfield I feel like 3 points isn’t too much to ask for. Don’t want Chelsea getting any ideas about having hope for a top 4 finish
Tbh if we could get up 2-0 I’d like Klopp to have 3 of the U-23 midfielders or even Moreno to get Hendo Gini and Milner off. If one of them aren’t 100% on Wednesday

Klopp is rolling out a 3-4-3 today.
Gomez-VVD-Klavsn
TAA-Hendo-Gini-Moreno
Salah-Firmino-Ingsy

So if a midfielder got hurt on Tuesday I’m guessing we bring Klavan on and go to a 3-4-3
Could even move TAA to midfield and bring Clyne on at RB
Yeah I’m a pessimist and worry about that shite

oh, Mo...
Is this not a 433 with TAA in the MF 3?
