Love how the soccer experts for Klopps first 2 years at Liverpool incessantly complained that Klopp caused injury to his players by never subbing and playing them too much.
Now they want to argue the exact reverse.

Now if the Saints can win the weekend will be perfect.

yeah... most of the ex-british players/pundits are fricking thick morons...
That said, I would have rotated differently... but hey, putting trust in some of these guys may pay off in the end..

Just saw Ox's interview after the match with Coutinho... MotM performance on the field and with the press... Stepped up for Phil when he was asked about leaving... basically said that the line of questioning wasn't fair and he was the most professional teammate...
Really liking what Ox is bringing to this team... Took him some time, but he's starting to show he belongs...

Since the Tottenham disaster in late October, the following are our goals surrendered in all competitions:
Huddersfield - 0
Maribor - 0
@West Ham - 1
Southampton - 0
@Sevilla - 3
Chelsea - 1
@Stoke - 0
@Brighton - 1
Spartak - 0
Everton - 1
West Brom - 0
@Bournemouth - 0
7 clean sheets of 12 matches.
And two of the 1's above are from a bullshite penalty (Everton) and a "cross" that floated and turned into a goal (Chelsea).

Oxlade-Chamberlain
Henderson
Wijnaldum
When Coutinho is lined up in the front-line, this is our best midfield.
Tell me I'm wrong.

Just wanted to say that I thought it was Robbo's best game yesterday. On the first goal, Cou doesn't get that space without Robbo (who passed him the ball to begin with) sprinting down the left and pulling the defender who was in front of Cou with him.
He's starting to bring what Moreno does best to the table, but with more positional discipline and less brain farts in back. I still think Moreno is the better option right now - but damn - at some point we may end up with two pretty good LB options based upon how both are improving/growing. Too bad they are both short.
I likely agree with you - for MOST opponents. Part of the reason is that I think Can has struggled the last couple of weeks and is slowly playing himself out of the 1st choice role he has occupied for most of Klopp's tenure (i.e when healthy he almost always started). My problem with setting that as the "best" or "only" is that Wij disappears way too much, and there are games where you definitely need a more physical presence in there.
I think Ox is definitely improving and getting used to his role.

I found it interesting yesterday that it looked like Klopp swapped-out the roles that Hendo and Gini have been playing in midfield so far this year. Yesterday Hendo was charging around box-to-box and Gini was laying back covering defensively. So Gini definitely "disappeared" in the offense yesterday, for sure, but I'm almost positive that was according to plan.

Def Robertson's best game that I've seen... Against Everton he looked a little out of the flow, though he didnt play bad... just not in sync... I didnt watch West Brom, so cant comment..
He just doesn't have the sample size to compare him defensively against Moreno IMO... By all accounts, that was the big weakness coming in when we signed him..
Moreno still gets the nod as first choice IMO, but he better watch his back, cause Robertson isn't far behind at all..
It's nice to have multiple options at the FB position on both sides... And thats with Clyney still out..
I cant decide who our best MF 3 is (with Phil up front)... I still would like to see Can get a run of games at the #6.. I think he has more potential in that role than Hendo.. But, It may be a moot point if he's on his way out... It's nice to be able to rotate..

Looking more and more like we’re going to sell Emre in January. I’m on the fence about it because I think he has immense potential, with Keita coming in though he was going to see reduced playing time.

I wish we could work it out... I have a feeling he's gonna go to Juve and become a great #6...
Sucks to invest in his development, to lose him for free at worst or chump change at best...
I kinda want see our best three up front and a Coutinho/Can/Ox MF on Fri... It's Arsenal, I hope Klopp plays a very strong lineup and rotates after..

I expect the formation to be fluid. Strong lineup all things considered.

Leagues leading scorer against a 20 year old natural midfielder. Congrats on the brace, Salah
