Because my reading comprehension sucks.
It would be a purchase and a commenter hinted at possibly loaning him back to Fulham for the rest of the season. So…not a loan lol.

I'm sure its probably bullshite, but there are rumors floating that NUFC could offer £60mm for Joe Gomez...
I love Joe and think he's a starting CB for a top 4-6 team... but I'd take that in a heartbeat...

Agree - unless we have any homegrown/club trained issues, which I don't believe we do.
IMO, Joe is 4th in the CB pecking order right now, and is also prone to months long injuries every season. We would need to bring in another CB, unless some of the younger promising guys are ready to step up.

No but next year could leave on a free if we don’t restructure with him. Same with Bobby unless I got bad info.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see one them sold within a year. No way we let either go on a free. Mane will want close to Salah money even though he doesn’t have the performance to back it unless the Diaz signing motivates him back into form.

Yeah I don’t see us paying Mane what he will ask for/deserve with Diaz/Jota and then hopefully ponying up for Mo as well. Don’t forget we also have Harvey who can play on the wing as well
I’d be really surprised if we don’t sell Taki this weekend. Origi possibly too but I’d prefer to keep him for the rest of the season. Totally understand if he wants to move this window for guaranteed playing time though. Just have a feeling he’s got one more piece of champions league magic for us
