It may be hard to pull in a striker of any merit. We have Balo, Sturridge and starting next year origi. Playing time in the future will be on their minds. Turning down remi and/or Boni and then taking Balo may end up the story of our season and possibly Rodgers future.
A Dm would be nice but I have given up hope on that for Rodgers. We could have gotten song for a song this fall and didn't even really look. I think the ball skills he wants there make finding a true Dm difficult.
I expect us to flirt with a winger for 3 weeks only to have some Russian derivative owner smoke a cigarette and tell us no three minutes before the deadline.

Yeah, I think he's stated he doesn't want to leave... Lyon are top 3 in the French league, not far off the pace... I'd take their DM Gonalons, too
I am starting to see reports that Mattia Perrin (Genoa) is our top target at GK.. He will cost a pretty penny... But by most accounts, he's the heir apparent to the top spot in Italy (and maybe Juve) after Buffon... 22 y/o

Perrin would be great.
What about Shaqiri, or Grzegorz Krychowiak? I can see Shaqiri being a target for us Jan. and then Krychowiak in the summer as Seville is probably not likely to sell anyone good in Jan.

The problem with Shaqiri is the asking price from Bayern. I don't see us shelling that money out

I like shaqiri... not sure of the asking price, but I dont see how that can ask too much for a player that doesnt really play... but I think we have far greater needs than wingers...
I dont know much about the Sevilla DM, but have heard he's an Arsenal target... I agree, Sevilla is pushing for a top 4 finish in la Liga and cant see the selling.
I think there are a ton of young DMs to be had from the big money (Carvalho) to the relative deals...

Everytime I watch Song I can't believe we didn't nab him for that price. Then I watch us play and realize my manager would have no fricking idea what to do with him. God I hope we show up against these assholes.

There are rumors about which players were Rodgers selections and which are the committees, but I have no idea how accurate they are.

What are some good sites to see transfer window rumors? I was looking at the Liverpool Echo site, and it seemed legit, but I haven't had any experience in following transfer news before...

The lfc reddit usually has the latest rumors/pipe dreams. Other than that, maybe RAWK or the official liverpool forums
