Spanish reports saying the Moreno deal is not dead.... Fingers crossed

We are also being linked again to Micah Richards at a cut rate deal... I wouldn't be opposed, If it was ~£5mm... Can play CB and RB

Also seeing SOTON maybe be looking to hijack the Caulker deal? Maybe as a Lovren replacement?

Also Zakaria Bakkali out of PSV... 19 year old winger with a nice upside, apparently in the last year of his deal and doesn't want to re-up... PSV are going to freeze him out or sell...

I do hope the Greizmann links are true, while Reus is not realistic, he is... That said, some other big boys, with deeper pockets, are looking at him too...

Bakkali is definitely in BR's sight picture. Rodger's must really like him because we're already full of young, talented wingers. I would love Greizmann if the price is right.

TFTC, I know these rumors died down, but some reports are stating we are after Karim Benzema again... Both of those stories came out last week. Anybody know if there is any validity to those claims?

I haven't heard anything on Benzema lately but plenty mentioning Bony and Lukaku. The way things change this time of year though it's an hour by hour process.

Geez. Last year I thought it was poor that we were linked to so few as it mad our plans apparent to our rivals and negotiating position weak to the owning clubs.

This year I'm dizzy from all the names and we haven't really been competing much against other top teams yet.

I feel like the only players we haven't been linked with are Rooney, Messi, Ronaldo, and Suarez. Literally every other guy who has kicked a ball in the last 24 months has been linked to Liverpool.

The evening roundup from the usual rags (Pearce, Barrett) are saying..

We prefer the value of Remy over Bony... Bid is for Lovren (we're confident) and Davies (he prefers us to tottenham)

We are just getting started, all these players were going to be brought in regardless of Suarez... Still have more to spend...

In addition to all this, Neil Maddock is saying... Liverpool transfer hit-list now includes Arturo Vidal, Paul Pogba and Marco Reus (not all)

frick it... we have cash and CL football, why not? I mean, at least make them tell us to frick off back to Merseyside...

You gotta spend these days to keep up... and as long as we maintain top 4, the finances will take care of itself...

Vidal or Pogba would be priced at more than they're worth IMO, but I would give anything for Reus.

Reus is a flat out game changer, I tend to agree, I would give just about anything for him.

He would Rogers' style perfectly. Don't think Dortmund will let him go.

I always thought Vidal would be a perfect fit not just with our system, but to pair with Henderson and Gerrard in midfield. That said, I'd still probably prefer Reus right now.

I still think it's a huge pipe dream, but he would probably be more feasible than the Juve duo too

I've said since Reus's days at G-Bach that I have the biggest man crush on him. If he ended up at Pool my life would be complete.
