Hendo, if yall brought on Gotze for Muller he would attack Willems off the dribble and make it all the more tough for the Dutch. That Willems kid is lost out there, too big of a stage.

Just got out of meetings, how bad are the Dutch looking?

They were actually looking good. And then all of a sudden, they're down 2.

Willems is clearly far from ready and if they move to a 4-4-2 he's even more on an island (if that's possible), but they don't really have much of a choice. Its not like the two defensive mids are making it tough for Germany anyway.

yeah, thats why I said tactically they are fricked.

They will certainly need to keep on of the defensive mids out there, and hope both he and their backline actually start doing their job.

Dutch have had enough good chances, they just have to be able to score.

Could wind up a 3-1 or 4-1 game Im thinking.

39% possession? They must suck. JK Holland getting what they deserve for still trying to play with 2 holding mids. Not a team that needs to do that. RvP

oddly enough, neither of them is really good at actually defending

And yeah the Denmark/Portugal game was pretty exciting from what I read on gamecast.

I haven't gotten to see it, but the description here, plus the fact that there were 5 goals, makes me think so.

What im wondering is how has Schweinsteiger found space/time if there are 2 defensive mids out there? It's pointless, holding their attack back, and they aren't slowing down attacks or clogging passing lanes.
