Probably 5 better on the 91 team alone.

So who then? I hate Rapinoe, but who ? You are arguing that bench warmers were better? How can you even come to that conclusion?

She’s known more for her mouth than her play.

The last WWC winning team was better without Rapinoe on the field, but she did have good set piece delivery and poached penalties. From 50 minutes on she couldn't run would over dribble and get dispossessed easily. She was not very good until had a dead ball opportunity.

Lavelle was way more of a valuable player than Rapinoe was.

At her peak, not quite as good as your average high level 16 yr old boy.

Rapinoe winning the golden ball in 2019 WC was ridiculous

What the announcers tried to claim Julian Gressel was last night? Rapinoe actually was that, for years.

It felt ridiculous when you watched the games. If all you watched were highlights it made sense. She scored 6 goals (3 on PKs, one on a FK, and another against Thailand or whichever Asian team we beat 13-0). But she was so automatic on PKs which is really important.

That being said, she struggled mightily outside of that. I’m sure I have some comments those years about not wanting her to see the field. She was brutal in open play for the most part.

As far as forwards on the same team as her, I preferred Morgan, heath and press.

She came out today and said that she thinks trans women should play on USWNT.

She's basically just lighting the program on fire as she exits the team.

Kind of. She said she’d welcome them, but the other comments she made indicated she’s more just pissed off that women’s sports is being used as this thing for people to hate on the Trans community, which I don’t entirely disagree with.

I don’t think Trans people should be able to compete due to the unfair advantages, but I also watch women’s sports and am pretty sure that people don’t transition solely to win women’s sporting events. Seems like the horrific amount of hatred they receive isn’t really worth the trade off.

No idea. Just know she’s like the Beyoncé of lesbians based on the crowds reaction to her coming in when I took my Alex Morgan idolizing daughter to see them play early this year

You are parsing words. I don't see a meaningful difference.

"Hate" is a cop-out for describing the viewpoint of those that are opposed to trans-women in women's sports. It is a lousy deflection so you don't have to actually talk about the glaring truths in the differences between biological males and females, when it comes to sports. It is NOT hateful in any manner to say that biological men should not be competing in women's sports.

Women's sports weren't created solely because women didn't feel comfortable playing with men. They were created to give women a fair opportunity to participate and compete in sports because of obvious advantages that biological males have. Which 100% goes against this push by ignorant (willfully or not) people who think biological males should be allowed to compete in women's sports.

and am pretty sure that people don’t transition solely to win women’s sporting events.

Another deflection - this point is irrelevant. The motive of why a man transitioned to female does not make a difference. The biological advantage exists either way, making it unfair for women.

No. You’re right. It’s really easy to be a trans person

I agree with you. I’m not saying I agree with all of Rapinoe’s points. I just feel like some people solely care about this topic so they can shite on trans people.
