Why are people freaking out over this? I said this before, every England fan in Wembley knew what was going to happen when it went to penalties. I didn't even watch because it's automatic.

To me this is on Southgate no fricking doubt.
His formation from the start was wrong and he didn't change it til the 70th and then even then England didn't start playing again until the 107th

I'm going to assume that these 5 were chosen in advance and that Southgate just didn't randomly throw Saka out there.
