The final should be awesome!! Throw in possible Champion league and April/May should be great before June and the World Cup.

2 years ago didn't they have like 11 el classicos in a month, right before Euros?

i had no clue how that Spanish team could mend the bridges in a month

there are basically 3 things that rustle my jimmies

1. mongoloids fricking up a fast food order (which rarely happens to me b/c i never get FF)
2. cretins fricking up schooling for others (which leads to #1, for the most part)
3. Barcelona's midget bullshite, and even worse, people defending it

The fact that Spain could mend bridges at all, considering its vivid and interesting history, is perhaps the most telling aspect of their recent dominance.

This Was My First El classico, And From My Standpoint The Barca Players Being Small In Stature Has A Huge Effect On How The Refs Called This Game.

Half of the time there was worse on real only for a no call.

The penalty on neymour(spell) was bullshite Imo and didn't warrant the red

So you'd like them better if they did like Madrid and bought the biggest fastest players money could buy and put them all on the same team?
You should stick to football so you wouldn't have to watch little guys win anything.

i don't care how Barca builds their team. i care about how refs give them an advantage b/c they're small/weak

being stronger than your opponent, with everything else being equal, should be an advantage

against barca it's a disadvantage and that is wrong

i've been arguing with Dandy about this for years on here...mainly after a game with Man U (and i hate Man U) where Man U was penalized for playing long ball b/c when rooney would get the ball in space and use his strength against the defender to gain an advantage, he had a foul called on him. this was during the peak of the pep-era and there is nothing else you could do against Barca. of course they will be dominant when they can play that way

Funniest shite in this thread is the Real Madrid fans being so pissed at Barca diving. Because RM doesn't dive at all.

I wouldn't even say that it is an advantage in the modern game. Never again will you see a team like the 2005 Juventus team. Strength can be used as an advantage but by itself it can easily be bypassed. Brazil last summer and Bayern last year showed that a big, strong, fast team could play in what is more or less the finesse era of the sport, but they were set up to be able to be both reactive in terms of pressing, and technical in terms of possession. So strength can be an advantage, but it doesn't necessarily correlate like it did in the pre-2005 era.

and i have no problem with that. with strength comes lack of mobility, typically

this is more about the physical ability to accept physicality more than imposing it, though. you should be punished if you're weak

if you're weak and fast/agile and can expose a slower/stiff/strong team, then go for it
