Kent going to be rumored to Leeds until he’s full on geriatric. If we don’t announce someone tomorrow I’m going to be medium sad. If we lose tonight and don’t announce anymore, max sad.

I love after Phil Hay drops a podcast all the sites immediately have sources for “amazing” update regarding Leeds transfer targets.

Fans will surely be buzzing, etc

Kinnear saying we’re unlikely to sign a striker. Surprise surprise. I honestly just want an u21 left back. We played Alfie McCalmont there yesterday, a center mid Bielsa used to use as Kalvin’s understudy ffs

That son of a bitch

Note sure why they are willing to risk this with Bamford proving to have issues getting fit after last year.

At some point other guys will go down from just normal things and miss a match. Then we are stuck with James up front and being complete dog crap in attacks

I mean a warm body is better than Bamford being injured and not fit IMO

Che would have been great but he’s got like 5 goals in his last 3 games so they definitely aren’t selling him

He’s been one of our best players so far tbh. Good hustle and a lethal right foot. ManU’s bid for 50 mil was declined. Own goal is a blue for life.

Ended having a meeting and missed 95% of the game. Looks like I didn’t miss much?? Frustrating game?

Very, especially the first half. Had a chance to win but so did they.

Sad for Rodrigo. If he’s out a few weeks then he’ll probably miss out on the World Cup for sure

They really need to make a move now and it probably does need to be someone with some versatility across the front. All of the strikers appear to be made out of glass and you can now see what a step down James is from Sinisterra. They would really be in a jam if anything happened to him or Jack, and yesterday even shows how things can get sloppy with Jack just not playing well much less being injured.

Gakpo please

Wolves reject an enquiry from Leeds United for forward Hwang Hee-chan. Message from Molineux is that they intend to keep him beyond the deadline.

Cody Gakpo back on the radar at Leeds now.

Yep

Although you just know this’ll be the way it plays out: James leaves and we sign no one.

I’ve accepted that we’re not signing anyone. Hwang was probably a last minute reach. Gakpo makes sense if we lose James. Not a true 9 though. Hopefully James stays even though he won’t start. Radz is a poor. His work at Leeds is done.

Would love to read Kinnear’s stupid program notes following that
