Obviously some of them are exaggerating a ridiculous amount.
But I don’t think you stepping on your own foot is necessarily comparable to getting a cleat from someone else to the ankle.

run full speed (or even 3/4 speed) and have someone step on your foot (wearing a soccer cleat) and tell me if it hurts.

Harry kane was kinda a bitch today but he didnt get rewarded for his flop, they gave up a goal.
I do think they shoukd punish flops harsher. Switzerland guy literally got kicked out of the game for a flop tho. Its getting harsher. At least now wit VAR they will think before they take a dive. Because if its shown to be a flop, its a card for u automatically.

What I don’t understand is that the guys calling the game defended him after seeing the replay. Landon Donovan even said that he was anticipating getting hit so it should not have been a penalty. What??? It was so obviously a flop!!
I guess that people in the soccer world are so used to flopping that it’s just a normal part of the game to get away with it. I have to admit that it’s been fun to watch but this type of stuff really turns me away from the game.

Definitely the least athletic, most uncoordinated. I don’t think I’ve ever stepped on my own foot, much less so many times that I can’t remember it.
