You are the definition a bandwagon fan. And I won't cheer you. Arsenal's owners could spend as much as any other club. They choose to make a profit. I doubt UEFA will ever enforce FFP, but if they do your club is fricked.

You're going to read a lot of banter back and forth about which league is stronger usually biased toward the league in which the posters' favorite team plays.
The basic current landscape is this:
There's these clubs that are above the rest in the money and/or tradition to attract top talent and the pay huge salaries it takes to keep them:
Barcelona (La Liga)
Real Madrid (La Liga)
Manchester United (EPL)
Liverpool (EPL)
Arsenal (EPL)
Chelsea (EPL)
Manchester City --as of recently (EPL)
Inter Milan (Serie A)
AC Milan (Serie A)
Juventus (Serie A)
Bayern Munich (Bundesliga)
The next tier is much trickier because it has some clubs that right now may be better than some above but there's some hesitancy to say they're quite in that group. (For example, a club like Juventus was way down but had the prestige/money to sign 8 or so top players last summer and now are immediately knocking on the door of Europe's top 5.)
It also has some clubs that are punching above their financial weight and will have trouble maintaining.
You could say that most of this next tier are threats to at least compete for a league title once in a while, often qualify for Champions League and maybe make a run to the quarters or semis but, well, no one really expects them to win their league or the CL.
Tottenham (EPL)
Roma (Serie A)
Napoli (Serie A)
Valencia (La Liga)
Sevilla (La Liga)
**Malaga (La Liga)
Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga)
Shalke (Bundesliga)
**Paris St Germain (Ligue 1)
Marseilles (Ligue 1)
Lyon (Ligue 1)
Porto (Primeira Liga)
Then there's clubs like these, IMO, that are close.
*Newcastle (EPL)
*Aston Villa (EPL)
Everton (EPL)
*Hamburg (Bundesliga)
Werder Bremen (Bundesliga)
Leverkussen (Bundesliga)
*Fiorentina (Serie A)
Udinese (Serie A)
Lazio (Serie A)
Palermo (Serie A)
Atletico Madrid (La Liga)
Athletic Bilbao (la Liga)
Benfica (Primeira Liga)
*These are clubs that have the history to be part of the second tier but have struggled recently.
**These are the oil money wildcards that have tons to spend and may improve quickly like Manchester City and Chelsea did.
About overall league strength, there's not nearly the difference that any fan of a certain league will claim between any of the big 4. All four have their strengths and weaknesses.
EPL
+ boasts the most teams in the top tier which is many feel they're the best, best TV/marketing in the US
-the bottom 12 or so clubs filled with mainly English talent are not as good as mid to bottom table Bundesliga and Serie A sides
La Liga:
+boasts arguably the 2 strongest clubs and has a lot of great young talent at some very good mid tier clubs
- the bottom of the table can be really weak compared to other top leagues, there's such a (designed) financial gap between the top 2 and the rest that it turns most people off
Bundesliga
+ great financial structure and fan support, lot's of young talent, exciting teams
- only one true giant in Bayern, trouble keeping talent from fleeing to top clubs elsewhere, little TV exposure
Serie A
+ three of the true giants in Juve, Inter and AC Milan, very solid league depth down through the bottom of the table
- poor financial structure/stadiums, scandals that have brought the league down from historical top dog status

Yep. He is the same player and person as when he was bought eight years ago at age 21. Wenger has had no influence on him at all. How many managers has City had since then? You really have no idea what you are talking about. Who made the knock-outs of the UCL this year? Who finished third after losing their two best players and their third best all season to injury? And their fourth best for atleast half the season? Wenger should have been EPL Manager of the year and it really isn't close.

I think a lot of the posters on here are complete dicks to the Chelsea and Man City fans for no good reason. Why do you care if they support a bandwagon club? Why do you care if your club is financially responsible?
You should not. Football is not about turning a profit; it is about winning games. Who cares if they like a club with an incredible current run of success and an unlimited bank account? It is their choice. They are bandwagon fans, but it is really not a big deal. Cause guess what? Arsenal, Liverpool, and Bayern Munich are also bandwagon clubs. They have HUGE followings, long histories with incredible triumphs, and are in the upper echolon in terms of money spent. Spare me the bullshite, Arsenal fans who talk about their trophy "drought". You are a great club with an awesome manager, talented footballers, and an impressive history. Same with Liverpool fans, you have more trophies than most any other team in the world. Bandwagon fans do not bother me in the slightest, but you guys are bandwagon fans and do not deny it.
Just because you have had success over most of the last 50 years, instead of the last five does not prevent from being a bandwagon club. Your clubs have histories that Chelsea and Man City are only starting to realize. These fans may have grown attached to a certain player or whatever arbitrary reason that resulted in their following.
Get over your hubris. You are not superior for doing it the right way, whatever the frick that is. Most of you guys are good (or even great) posters that I have learned an invaluable amount of knowledge from, but get off your high horse.

Bandwagons just hook up with the winningest or hippest teams at the moment. Jump back and forth.
